When backing out of a parking spot, it detects and alerts you to approaching vehicles that might be out of sight.

This safety technology constantly measures the distance between your vehicle and the one ahead, and maintains a preset safe distance by automatically adjusting acceleration and deceleration. This reduces driving workload while ensuring safety during cruising.

Visual alerts appear on the A-pillars if a vehicle is detected in your blind spot zone.

This system constantly scans for objects ahead
of the vehicle. In an event of obstruction, it notifies you to brake via audible and visual alerts. Should braking be insufficient or unapplied, this system will automatically activate the brakes to minimise damage or avoid a collision.

This technology helps to identify driver’s fatigue or
reduction in attention via monitoring of steering behaviour over a period of time. When detected, visual and audible safety warnings will prompt you to take a break.

Should your rear view mirror be blocked by tall passengers, large luggage, or tall cargo at the rear cabin, the Intelligent Rear View Mirror can be converted into a monitor that provides you a clear view of the rear through a rear mounted camera.

Using multiple ultra-wide angle cameras, the system provides a bird’s eye view on the infotainment screen. Park and manoeuvre in tight spaces with confidence knowing that you can see your surroundings without stepping out of the vehicle. Furthermore, if there are moving objects around the vehicle while the system is active, such as pets or people, an audible and visual warning will be displayed in the infotainment screen.

Dual front, driver’s knee, side and curtain Supplemental Restraint System Airbags help reducethe risk of injury resulting from an impact.

The pretensioner instantly retracts the seatbelt in the event of a collision and firmly restrains the occupant quickly, hence reducing forward impact during a frontal collision.

Anti-Lock Braking System optimises braking performance and maintains stable directional control, especially in emergency situations and on slippery surfaces. Brake Assist applies additional stopping power by generating a greater ratio of braking force to pedal force.

This safety technology automatically controls brake and engine output to enhance stability when sensors detect that the vehicle may slip sideways due to steering or braking.

While the weight of more passengers and cargo inevitably increase braking distance, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution serves to reduce the braking distance by sensing the load carried and redistributing the braking force in the front and rear for more effective braking.

This safety technology prevents your vehicle from rolling backwards on a slope for a maximum of 2 seconds after releasing the brake pedal.
